Welcome to GoldSpot! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoldSpot mobile application ("App") operated by Malakand Soft ("we," "us," or "our"). By using GoldSpot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GoldSpot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 13 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and truthful information

3. Account Registration

You may create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

• Provide accurate information in your profile and listings
• Respect other users and their intellectual property
• Conduct trades honestly and transparently

4.2 You Agree NOT To:

• Post illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Post spam, scams, or misleading listings
• Sell counterfeit or stolen goods
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Trade Hub & Marketplace

GoldSpot is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not process payments, guarantee authenticity, or mediate disputes. Users are responsible for their own due diligence.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or our Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

GoldSpot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of gold prices, or reliability of user-provided information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Malakand Soft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of GoldSpot.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
