Delete Account - GoldSpot

⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Your profile and account information will be deleted
All posts, stories, and uploaded media will be removed
Your trade listings will be permanently deleted
All messages and conversations will be erased
Social connections (followers/following) will be removed
You will lose access to all saved content

Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)

The easiest way to delete your account is directly from the GoldSpot app:

Open GoldSpot

Launch the app and sign in to your account

Go to Settings

Tap your profile icon → Settings (gear icon)

Account Settings

Scroll down and tap "Account"

Delete Account

Tap "Delete Account" and confirm your decision

Option 2: Delete via Web Form

If you can't access the app, you can request deletion here. We'll verify your identity and process your request.

Data Deletion Details

What gets deleted: Your profile, posts, stories, photos, videos, trade listings, messages, followers/following list, likes, comments, saved posts, and all other associated data.

Processing time: In-app deletion is immediate. Web requests are processed within 48 hours after identity verification.

Data retention: After deletion, your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
